Running clubs will encourage you to vary your training.
Midleton AC offers various training sessions; Monday night - speed work, Wednesday night - circuits and
a tempo run. A long run will usually happen at the weekends and is organised among members via social media.
We also offer a couch to 5K service on Wednesdays.

Long Run
3- 4 groups of members meet in an informal capacity for longer runs, ranging from 7 - 21 miles, depending on what races they may be preparing for. Communication is typically by social media and all are welcome.
